SERVICES:

CARRY-IN SERVICE/YOU BRING YOUR COMPUTER TO OUR EASY-TO-FIND SHOP: Regular service takes 2-3 business days. Our rush service takes 1 business day, by appointment only and for an extra $10 per hour. Same day service is by appointment only and for an extra $20 per hour.

ON-SITE SERVICE: Would you like to have an expert technician visit you? We can give you an appointment Mon.-Fri. between 9-4. Availability is usually 1-2 business days.

VIRUS/SPYWARE REMOVAL: If you have this service done, we guarantee that all viruses and spyware will be completely gone when you get your computer back. It will run as fast as it did when it was new. We can also recommend measures that you can take to help prevent these problems from coming back.

NETWORKING: Networking means connecting two or more computers so that they can share information/Internet access, saving you time and money. We plan and implement the installation of cabled and wireless networks, big and small. We also perform network maintenance, on a contract basis or on an as-needed basis. If you have more than one location, we can install a Virtual Private Network. In all the networking that we do, security is at the top of our list.

DSL/CABLE INTERNET SERVICE: We install DSL and cable Internet systems, making sure that everything is working before we leave. Don't let your Internet Service Provider (ISP) touch your computer! Some ISP's will give you a discount if you waive their installation.

DATA TRANSFER AND RECOVERY: We have equipment to transfer data onto another hard drive, CD-ROMs, or floppies (remember those?). If you think your data is lost, let us try to recover it for you. We have specialized software and lots of patience. If we are not able to recover the data, we have a business partner that probably can. You will not have to pay if our efforts are unsuccessful.

WARRANTY: We guarantee the labor portion of our service for 15 days. If we forgot something and you bring it to our attention within that timeframe, we will take care of it for no charge. Carry-in service provides a carry-in warranty.

TRAINING: Compuwiz has expertise to share with you in the day-to-day use of your computer. You can make an appointment to come to our shop with your computer, or you can have a technician go to your location. Ask the technician anything about Windows, Networking, Internet Security, backing up your data, and more. No question is too basic. Individuals or groups.
