PRICING:

The following charges are for service only. Any needed software or hardware will be extra.

ON-SITE SERVICE: (a technician visits you at your location)
$100 per hour, with a one hour minimum. When you call for an appointment, please be sure to tell the receptionist what kind of work you want the technician to do.

The above charges apply to Santa Rosa and nearby cities. If you are located in another area, please call us to find out our travel charge.

CARRY-IN SERVICE: Please call to make an appointment. Minimum charge: 1 hour. Maximum charge for one problem : 3 hours

• 72 hour turn-around: $65 per hour
• 48 hour turn-around: $85 per hour
• 24 hour turn-around: $95 per hour

ONLINE DATA BACKUP:

• $30 per month for up to 4 Gigabytes (GB) of data
• $50 per month for 10 GB
• $100 per month for 30 GB

DATA RECOVERY: $200-$450. We have specialized equipment for this very important service.

TRAINING IN DAILY USAGE: $100 per hour.

PHONE CONSULTS: $85.00 per session. There is an extra charge if remote software is desired.

Payment is due as soon as the service is complete. CompuWiz accepts cash, checks, and Visa/Mastercard. A non-refundable 100% cash or credit card deposit is required for any special orders.
